Consultations
Can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. The fee is refunded only if we cannot offer you a suitable slot.
7-Day Gut Reset
Because each plan is customised for you, it is non-refundable once we have started preparing it.
Products
Delivery is free. Report a damaged or incorrect item on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, for a replacement or refund. Opened products cannot be returned otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
